1. What is your sample rule and sample time? 

Usually some reasonable costs for samples, but when full order, we will return samples costs back to you.

we will take 5-10 days to make custom samples. making your own logo design.

2. What are you prices? With your prices, do they remain this price or are they subject to price changes up to purchase?Price is based on material, quantity and if own logo, label, tag brand design or not  ect. all of our price are hones. 

3. What is Minimum Order Quantity ?

Our MOQ is usually 150 pcs per color and design in mix sizes for available fabrics in the market. Some new custom fabrics will be more than 500 pcs per color and design .

4. What is production turnover time ?

Normally , it is about 7-25days for quantity below 6000pcs.  For some special fabrics or workmanship ,will be longer .  

5. What sizes do you sell and what are the measurements?

We have Asian, European,American and Africa size standard. if need, we suggest customers provide us sizes dates by themselves, thus we can make true same as customers want. anyhow, we will do samples first to let customers check everything.6.What is the payment term?

We accept 30% T/T Deposites,the rest should be paid before shipment.

we also can accept Irrevocable L/C at sight . paypal, Escow and western union for samples costs.

7. What delivery options (if any) do you have?If customers don't want them urgently, sending by boat,very cheap, but about 20-35days to get. if need fast, DHL is too expensive, so we usually delivery them by UPS or FEDEX,  about 4-6days to arrive your door. still TNT,EMS or other way ect as customers wish. 

8.Which kind of fabrics and colours available? 

we have our own fabric factory,more than 20 years fabric producion experience ,we can customize as your request ,you also can send us a sample ,we can copy it true same . 

for the color ,we can dye any pantone No. ,so you can give us pantone No. if you have strict request on fabric color . we can provide this kind of service .

9, What's your quality grade? 

We can do top quality, but different price will be with different grade quality, anyhow, our hands and machine are always working very well with rich textile production experience. thanks.
