Doxycycline ----------------------100mg

Tylosin phosphate --------------120mg

INDICATIONS & Treatment

Specific treatment of respiratory and digestive diseases.

- Poultry: CRD, laryngotracheitis infections, E.coli, coryza, mournful breathing difficulty, diarrhea with green, white and viscous scours.

- Animal: Enteritis, diarrhea with white and yellow, leptospirosis, pneumonia, pasteurellosis.

Dosage:

Poultry: Preventive: 1 gm per 4 Liter drinking water .

Treatment: 1 gm per 2 Liter drinking water during 3 – 5 days.

- PRECAUTIONS :

-Read full directions before use.

-  Use unsealed product as soon as possible.

-Use by veterinarian’s instruction, and veterinary use only.

-Medicated drinking water should be replaced every 24 hours.

- Store in a dry and dark place.- Keep out of reach of children.
